At CACI as an organization we still have an endless pain of seeing children from poor families suffer by not going to school and those who try to attend do not reach primary three and the highest level to many girls is primary seven.

This assessment is always noticed in the enrollment of  young girls in the skills center of  the girls dropping out of former education being between the age of 12 to 17
